Personality
If there's one thing about Nahyuta that anyone needs to remember, it's that his tongue is as sharp as his looks are good. Despite his betraying looks and his graceful stature symbolic to that of a divinity, Nahyuta is no saint within the court, and sometimes even out. He believes the court room is where a victim's soul, otherwise called their mitamah, receives their last rites, and shows strong distaste for anyone who chooses to interrupt it, such as defense attorneys. He, like the rest of Khura'in, despises defense attorneys and disregards them as nothing more than liars and fools. He has a habit of using Khura'inese sayings and phrases to attack his victims.
However, outside of the court, he is shown to be a very kind, understanding person, who feels very passionately about the land of Khura'in and its beliefs. He is a very thorough individual in just about everything that he does, and has shown on more than one occasion to be completely capable of one-upping national citizens in regards to their own culture. Although, because of this, he does not tolerate any form of slip-up or mistakes, although in many cases he doesn't openly reprehend those that make them, especially if he respects that person's work.
As a child, he was noted by Datz to be a bit shy and reserved, and often struggled with being accepted by the rest of Khura'in growing up. He also really likes burgers and butterflies.
OTHER TIDBITS
- Call it magic, some divine force, whatever you want.. but he seems completely capable of summoning animals. Most often of these are butterflies, though.
- May Her Holiness show mercy on your soul if he ever catches you killing one.
- He'll play with or curl his fingers around his prayer beads when he's nervous or hiding something. That's his nervous 'tick' in terms of perceiving, in other words. If it shows at all!
- His sash has a habit of picking up all traces of wind. Somehow. It moves more or less based off of Nahyuta's emotions.
